Cauldron Grimlin is a rock trinket added in The Reheated Update.

Effects

• While held, sits on top of Golem's head and periodically creates a friendly copy of a random enemy in the room.
  • Friendly copies of enemies will start with 66% of their regular HP.
  • The delay between when a Cauldron Grimlin will create another copy of an enemy increases by approximately 1 second after each successful copy per room, and will stop creating copies after 10 enemies in a room have been copied.
  • Cauldron Grimlin will only work while in uncleared rooms, and copied enemies will disappear upon leaving the room.
• While dropped on the ground, Cauldron Grimlin will continue to create copies of enemies, until the room is cleared or when reaching its limit of how many copies enemies can be alive at once.
• Holding multiple types of Grimlins will stack them on top of each other. Each Grimlin gets stronger the more the player has, acting as a +1 to their Trinket Multiplier.

Interactions

• Trinket Multipliers / Henge Rock: Multiplies the HP of the friendly enemies created by Cauldron Grimlin. Golden Cauldron Grimlins will create enemies with increased HP even while dropped.
• Azurite Spindown: Using Azurite Spindown on Cauldron Grimlin rerolls it into Eye Grimlin.

• Cauldron Grimlin is based off of a Cauldron, a stone grimace that makes copies of enemies.
